This project had two parallel tasks: to create a stylish design for a bachelor's "den" and preserve the space of the kitchen and both isolated rooms since, in the future, it is possible for two people to live in the apartment at the same time.
We proposed three planning solutions, one of which was implemented.
The highlight of this project was the SMART glass, powered by a motion sensor, installed in the dressing room and the bathroom. Thus, daylight enters all corners of the apartment.
