DECOR PROJECT - from 150 EUR per room:

 You will receive an album including:

- Description of your wishes in the technical specifications
- Consultation on space organization
- Furniture arrangement plan (up to 3 options)
- Recommendations on the overall colour palette of the interior
- Design concept on collages
- Selection of decor, textiles, art objects and some furniture
- Guide to interior landscaping
- Tips on organizing storage, maintaining coziness
- Shopping list indicating all selected items and links to them

LAYOUT SOLUTION - from 10 EUR per sq.m:

You will receive an album including:

- Planning solution (up to 3 options according to the measurement plan provided by the customer)
- Wall dismantling plan
- Plan for the construction of partitions (with detailed dimensions and recommendations for builders)

COLLAGE DESIGNS PROJECT - from 20 EUR per sq.m:

You will receive an album including:

- Dimensional plan of the object
- Planning solution with furniture arrangement (up to 3 options)
- Collages

FULL DESIGN PROJECT - from 33 EUR per sq.m:

You will receive an album including:

- Dimensional plan of the object
- Planning solution (up to 3 options)
- Collages
- 3d interior visualization (2 circles of comments)
- Drawings for builders (installation plan, sockets and lighting plan, floor and ceiling plan, heated floor plan, tile layout)

ENGINEERING DESIGN PROJECT - from 50 EUR per sq.m:

You will receive an album including:

- Measurement plan
- Layout solution (up to 5 options) with explication of premises

- Dismantling plan

- Installation plan

- Heating project for apartments (for country houses by agreement)

- Ceiling plan with diagrams of all units and sections

- Lighting plan

- Light scenario plan (groups of switches)

- Electrical and low-current equipment plan

- List of sockets and switches

- Floor covering layout plan
- Underfloor heating plan
- Plumbing equipment plan

- Climate system device plan: supply and exhaust ventilation/recuperators, air conditioners (preliminary for the contractor for this type of work)
- Tile layout plan with detailing and designation of materials used

Furniture assembly and Author's supervision are carried out under a separate agreement. Cost calculation is individual.

AUTHOR'S SUPERVISION

Since last year, we have been taking on projects with the condition of their implementation under our strict supervision. In our opinion, only with the participation of the author is it possible to bring the project to perfection.

- Weekly visits to the site
- Control of the dimensions of the erected walls, placement of electrical equipment, plumbing, furniture measurements, etc. for compliance with the design project

- Correction of the design project drawings if necessary
- Wall paintings, material samples

- Visits to construction or furniture showrooms

- Selection of existing furniture and search for suppliers to order furniture following the agreed design project

- Visits to furniture showrooms

- List of furniture, lamps, decorative items with articles, photos, links and all detailed information

- Assistance in ordering all items

- Decoration: selection and ordering of textiles and art objects
